December 3, 2009
When I was growing up, it was tradition to make an annual visit to what we called "Christmas Circle". It is a residential circle in Taylorsville where every home is decked out in Christmas lights and each house has a big sign outside of it with a piece of "Twas the Night Before Christmas" printed on it. You turn off your headlights, drive slowly, enjoy the crazy lights, and read the story. I have always loved "Christmas Circle" and so I have made it tradition in my family to take our own trip there every December. Chad is not a fan. Since he was out of town tonight, I took the boys for our annual drive through Taylorsville and it was as ghetto-fabulous as it always is! (Sorry about the blurry picture...turns out it's hard to get a good picture while you're driving, but you get the idea.)
